Supporting Veterans and their Families
Helping veterans achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
What we do
VCA collaboratively contributes to the broader Veteran community in Australia and with our regional allies in providing veteran-led, holistic health and well-being education, advocacy on health and wellbeing issues to the Government, ex-service organisations, the veteran support community, and facilitating veteran-led social restorative justice activities.
Timor Awakening
A peer-to-peer well-being program comprising holistic health education, group therapy, mentoring, physical activity, commemoration and community development. Our programmes are well developed and backed by research to ensure we provide positive outcomes for all attending. The programmes take place in Timor-Leste and on the Gold Coast.
Help us on our mission.
Every year, The Veterans Care Association touches the lives of thousands of Australian Veterans who require support to rebuild their lives after returning from deployment. We need your help to ensure other brave Veterans don’t slip through the cracks. Your donation, will help us to offer crucial services to more veterans to give them the opportunity to live the life that they fought so hard to protect.
Why we do what we do…
Our mission and drive are deeply founded in our shared lived experiences and our continuing passion for serving others.
